Over the next 12 months the enchanted bra comes to represent their feminine bonds, but it also leads each woman into austere yet ultimately unbelievably hot confrontations with love and sex, lust and absolution. Anne finds her sexual identity old school Roman style and the courage not to reject public fornication; Peggy literally gets into hot water in a physical therapy tub with a Hillshire Farm's beefstick, two female campers and the older camp director; Colleen finds her ex-boyfriend bound in leather by his hot new fiancée but decides to join in their fun anyway; Dawn tests gravity-free multiple penetration while at NASA, and Timi unwillingly takes on a horny eighteen-year-old virgin who is hung like the legendary John Holmes, and right there in the sporting goods section of Walmart. Each girl's story is distinct and very erotic, told in a judiciously topical and descriptive style.
Like contents of the bra, the reader bounces back and forth among the five unfolding adventures, and the melange is spiced with very personal correspondence, witty quotes, and many prurient Polaroid photographs as the Enchanted Bra makes each girl's most erotic fantasies realities. Miss Morgan has created truly irresistible characters and seamlessly interwoven their stories for an adult novel that is arousing and absorbing. (Ages 18 and older)

The magic bra serves as a genie of sorts for each girl as she is tested that year, from Colleen, who goes to visit her ex-boyfriend only to find out he's engaged to a bondage freak, to Timi, who befriends a precocious 18-year-old aspiring porno star. Even though they are separated for most of the year, the friends communicate their love and friendship for one another (Timi writes to Anne, "Don't torture yourself, Anne. We all do things that feel good that we may not be proud of," to console her friend for losing control and pleasuring her own cousin in Italy). Their bonds, combined with a realistic portrayal of sexual gratifications (Timi is embarrassed by the multiple orgasms she experiences while at Walmart, while Dawn experiences her first real orgasm while formulating O-ring stability data for the upcoming flight of the Space Shuttle Atlantis), make for an outstanding and vivid book that will stay with readers for a long time. Readers will hope that Morgan chronicles this sexy sisterhood for volumes to come.
