Jeppe Pedersen was a EIF® star on the rise until his one round debacle with a bull moose (Alces alces) in Billings, Montana in 2004. Pedersen gave the moose his best shot, but the animal began to lick its lips, grunt loudly and then rushed Pedersen, crushing and nearly killing him. However, the Massachusetts light heavyweight rebounded from that defeat to score a win over a large frog in Calaveras County, and thusly earned himself an Extreme Interspecies Fighting headline gig in April against Ka "Maneater" Sabu, a savage Bengal Tiger (Panthera tigris) from Nepal.
